Baptism is a sacrament of admission to the Catholic faith. Through the pouring of water it brings about the remission of Original sin and all personal sins, bringing sanctifying grace to the individual. A person is to be baptized only once in their life and the Catholic church recognizes baptisms done by most other Christian denominations as valid. It is recommended that parents contact the parish priest to make arrangements to attend a Baptism Prep class and register for baptism. See attached Registration form.
